Outreach Events
Reaching out to the local and world-wide communities is an important part of Hopewell's identity, and it's no different in our Student Ministry. Every year, our students participate in local and out of state outreach events.
Here's what is coming up this 2011-2012 year.
On Sunday, November 13th 2011, our students will be traveling by bus to a local grocery store to buy Thanksgiving dinners. This year we are feeding over 60 people for Thanksgiving!
HIGH SCHOOL MISSION WEEKEND MAY 11th-13th 2012
This is our second annual trip down to Philadelphia to do some urban missions. We'll be joining up with Broad Street Ministries and working in local missions for at need Philadelphia residents.
SHORT TERM MISSION TRIP: JUNE

JUNIOR HIGH PITTSBURGH PROJECT: JULY

LONG-TERM MISSION TRIP: JULY 21-28, 2012
This year we will take the long trek down to Alabama to offer relief to those recently devastated by a bad tornado season. We'll be taking a coach bus down to Alabama and then taking rented vans to work sites. This looks like it's going to be another memorable Long Term Mission trip!!
