The Pittsburgh Project: Commissioning Service

If you signed up for TPP, please attend the commissioning service on June 29 at 5:25. We will also pack the vans that night, so bring your suitcases and sleeping apparel. Remember: only one bag per person! We will leave for TPP at 6:00AM Sunday morning; please pack a breakfast as we will eat on the road. Plan your return pick-up for 6:00 PM on July 4. Please refer to the packing list that Jon sent as well as the list Jacqui sent for more information.
 

Student Volunteers Needed for VBS

 
Hopewell Vacation Bible School needs your help!  If you are able to help at any time during the VBS week (morning or evening), please fill out a Student Volunteer Form.  These forms can be found in the church lobby on the far right rack – they are bright lime green!  They can also be found on the church website, on the Children’s page, Summer Programs.  Return the completed form to the VBS box in the lobby.  Any questions please contact Cheri Miller at cheri@hopewellumc.org, or 610-316-5877. Remember, VBS counts as your service hours for NEXT year’s summer mission requirements!      
 

Middle School Students at Short Term

 
This week, please keep our Middle School students as well as our HS and adult leaders in your prayers. They are venturing out to Maranatha, Camp Innabah, and the Chester County Food Bank in order to share Christ’s love and serve others. In addition, they are working on some projects here at Hopewell. For many, this is their first mission experience. We pray that it leads to a lifetime love of mission work! And THANK YOU to everyone who has helped out alone the way!
