Join Hopewell
2010 New Member Orientation
We are excited that you are interested in joining Hopewell United Methodist Church. The new member orientation process at Hopewell includes attendance at three class sessions. These classes focus on the history and beliefs of The United Methodist Church, as well as the history and current work of our congregation.
Several opportunities to join Hopewell will be available throughout the year. Following are the currently scheduled dates and times of New Member Orientation classes, along with the dates available to join the church:
Fall Session
Sunday, Sept. 12, 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Saturday, Sept. 18, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Attendees of the Fall session will have the opportunity to join Hopewell on either Saturday, Sept. 25, or Sunday, Sept. 26. A follow-up class to learn more about opportunities for involvement at Hopewell will be held on Sunday, Oct. 24, from 10:45 am to 11:45 am.
Winter Session
Sunday, Nov. 28, 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Saturday, Dec. 4, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Attendees of these classes will have the opportunity to join Hopewell on either Saturday, Dec. 11 or Sunday, Dec. 12. A follow-up class to learn more about opportunities for involvement at Hopewell will be held on Sunday, Jan. 9, from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
