Hopewell Youth Safe Sanctuary Policy

As adults, we promise to nurture our youth in Christ. Providing a nurturing and safe environment is part of our responsibility as disciples. Safe Sanctuary policies are for the protection of our Youth and Youth Workers. We encourage all parents of youth to become familiar with our Safe Sanctuary Policy.

Hopewell Mission Trip/Retreat Parental Consent Form

Each youth participant on a Hopewell Mission Trip or Retreat is required to fill out a CONSENT FORM, signed by a parent.

Good Works Consent Form

Prior to working at Good Works on a Saturday or during a mission trip, Hopewell Youth are required to complete this CONSENT FORM.
