Selling Guidelines

Currently we are only able to accept items from Hopewell Church Members, Hopewell Christian Preschool Moms and Children's Everything Sellers.

If you meet the above and are interested in selling a large item to benefit Hopewell Christian Preschool, please email Connie Greer with the following information:

Brief description of the item.

To be eligible for listing, your item(s) must be considered large enough to sell, i.e., bikes, workbenches, play kitchens, slides, moonbounces, etc. and there is a minimum selling amount of $10. 30% of all sale proceeds go the preschool, however, you may donate a larger percentage if you wish. Please notify Connie Greer when the item is being sold so that she can process payment and remove your item from the list.

Buyers may make payment via check or cash. If paying by check, buyers should prepare two checks - one for 30% made out to Hopewell Christian Preschool and one for 70% made out to the seller. Preschool checks can be given Diane Krusen or left in the Children's Everything Sale mailbox outside the church offices. If buyers are making payment by cash, 30% must be provided before the item can be picked up - the remainder may be paid to the seller at pick up.
