Summer Programs

 

Vacation Bible School 2013

Our VBS theme this summer is 'Son West Roundup - A Rip-Roaring Good Time with Jesus!'  We offer both a morning VBS and an evening VBS.
 
Morning VBS 2013 will be Monday, July 15th to Friday, July 19th.  Click here for a Morning VBS Registration Form.  The registration deadline for Morning VBS is May 31st.
 
Evening VBS 2013 will be Sunday, July 14th to Thursday, July 18th. Click here for an Evening VBS Registration Form.  The registration deadline for Evening VBS is June 16th. 
We welcome all 6th to 12th graders as 'Student Volunteers' for both sessions of VBS.  Click here for a Student Volunteer Form.
 
We welcome adult volunteers for both VBS sessions, and also for prep work prior to VBS.  Please contact Michele Zincone at 973-464-7970 or michelezincone@yahoo.com if you can help.  Child care is provided for volunteers whose children are too young to attend VBS. 
 
Registration for both VBS sessions will begin on March 24th.  Registration forms will be on-line and in the church lobby shortly before that date. 

 

 Day Camp at Innabah

Hopewell UMC sponsors Day Camp at Innabah for children 4-7 years old in June.  This experience includes a fun-filled bus ride from Hopewell’s parking lot.  This is a great “first time” experience for young campers with many familiar faces as camp leaders.  

Camp Innabah 2013 will be Monday, June 24th to Friday, June 28th.

Music and Drama Camp

All students entering 4th - 6th grade are invited to participate in Music & Drama Camp 2013.  The dates for this camp are Sunday, July 28th to Thursday, August 1st, in the evenings.  The children will be presenting 'Go, Go Jonah!'.  Click here for more information and a registration form.
