Hopewell Christian Preschool is an outreach ministry of Hopewell United Methodist Church which strives to be a service to the young children and families of this community. The dedicated staff of Christian Educators is committed to nuturing the growth of the whole child.

Approach to Education

At Hopewell Christian Preschool we focus on a holistic approach to education. Developmentally appropriate activites include play, large and small motor activities, language usage, art, music, nature and children's literature. Weekly music classes, art activities, in-house field trips and monthly chapel times add to a full schedule for our children. Parent orientation in September, a Get-Aquainted tea in October, a Christmas program in December, Donuts with Dad in January, Mother's Day Tea  and a closing program in May are all opportunities for parents to join in with their child's preschool experience.  

Our preschool is a ministry of Hopewell United Methodist Church, which seeks to reach out to preschool children and their families. Nurturing the whole child with a monthly theme-based curriculum, our intent is to balance the teaching of ABCs and Bible stories through loving teachers that care about the hearts of children. Our purpose is to strive to be a service to the young children and families of the community by sharing our love for children. Our qualified staff is committed to nurturing the growth of the preschool child with a balance of social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual goals.
